Guidi worked for several days and sleepness nights without any meals, he worked as if he was outside the realm of time and life to express the profound intensity of tendernes of the child to his or her parents and vice versa.
One of Guidi’s favorite themes, the hands, are present, huge as if to reassure, to protect.
And so a dreadful tragedy resulted in the expression of absolute filial love.
The tragedy is beyond the limits of Art and this mausoleum is without a doubt one of Guidi’s main works of Art.
